At VAVA Yarn Studio, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In their original condition
• In the original packaging

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, yarn that has been wound, used, or damaged cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
